Harbor Villa Retreat Center
Harbor Villa Retreat Center is an oceanfront facility ideal for small retreat groups (10-40 people). Each of its three large beach homes come equipped with full kitchens and comfortable living/dining areas.
Outdoor activities at the oceanfront facilities of Harbor Villa Retreat Center include horseshoes, tetherball, barbecues, and a fire circle - in addition to the beautiful Pacific Ocean in Harbor Villa's backyard. Building sandcastles and leisurely strolls on the beach are only a few footsteps away. Barbecue grills and a campfire ring are available for all guests, and the front yard offers opportunity for recreation and relaxation.
In addition to the three larger houses, two smaller units may be reserved in combination with the larger homes, when additional lodging is needed.
Excellent Facilities: Twin Rocks Friends Camp acquired Harbor Villa Retreat Center in 1978, and continually upgrades its facilities to meet the needs of its 2,500 annual retreatants.

Reasonable Rates: All of the retreat facilities at Harbor Villa have a per-night fee for the building and a per person fee of $6 for each night in residence: In 2011, Lighthouse: $305/ night, Anchorage: $180/ night, Harbor House: $165/night.
In addition, either of the two smaller units may be reserved in combination with the above larger units, when additional lodging is needed for larger retreat groups: In 2011, Captain's Cabin: $46/night, Lower Deck: $35/night

The Lighthouse
2011 Rental Fee: $305 Per Night, Plus $6/Person/Night (minimum of 10 people)
This is our premier facility. Ideal for adult retreat groups or family reunions. Accommodates up to twenty-five persons (in 19 beds). Faces the ocean with large picture windows. The Lighthouse has six bedrooms, a large living/meeting room area on the upper floor, full kitchen including microwave oven, and five restrooms with showers. The dining and meeting areas have an outstanding ocean view!
The Anchorage
2011 Rental Fee: $180 Per Night, Plus $6/Person/Night (minimum of 7 people)
Ideal for smaller adult retreat groups or family reunions. Accomodates up to 14 persons in 10 beds. Faces the ocean with large picture windows. This facility has four bedrooms with a double bed in each, an upstairs sleeping area with six twin beds, and a large living/meeting room area on the main floor for overflow sleeping space (which includes a hide-a-bed sofa). Full kitchen including microwave oven. Two restrooms with showers. The dining/meeting areas as well as the top floor have an ocean view. Wood stove.
Harbor House
2011 Rental Fee: $165 Per Night, Plus $6/Person/Night (minimum of 10 people)
This is our newest remodeled facility. We require a minimum of 10 people per night's stay. On the main floor, Harbor House has a private handicapped bedroom with one queen bed and a handicapped accessible bathroom across the hall. This facility also includes two upstairs sleeping areas with full bathrooms. One room has one queen bed and four bunks, and the second room has one double and four bunks. Total sleeping capacity is 22. Harbor House also includes a propane fireplace and full kitchen including microwave oven. Dining/living/meeting area is each adequate for up to 22 people.
Captain's Cabin
2011 Rental Fee: $46 Per Night, Plus $6/Person/Night
Captain's Cabin is a favorite with many guests. Ocean view. Sleeps three to four. Has a queen-size bed in a private bedroom plus a sofa in the living room. Full kitchen and dining area. One bathroom with shower. Franklin wood stove. The living room has an inspiring ocean view. Pillows and pillowcases are furnished. Please provide your own towels and bed linens or sleeping bags.
Lower Deck
2011 Rental Fee: $35 Per Night, Plus $6/Person/Night
Lower Deck is our smallest unit. Sleeps two to three. Has one queen-size bed and a sleeping ledge built into the wall with a thick foam mattress suitable for sleeping bags (works especially well for children). This unit includes one bathroom with shower, small kitchenette (microwave and small refrigerator). Pillows and pillowcases are furnished. Please provide your own towels and bed linens or sleeping bags.
