Servant and Leadership Training (SALT)

Purpose

At Twin Rocks, we seek to invest in the lives of our part-time, year-round high school employees so they have a better understanding of what it means to apply their faith at work. God has brought them here for a reason. We want to constructively use this season of their lives to create a strong work ethic, strengthen their relationsip with God, and enhance their future employment prospects.

All Twin Rocks high school staff are part of the SALT team.  SALT meets once a month for approximately 90 minutes.  The sessions include work training, team building activities, Bible study, discussion, and refreshments.
