Serving Up a Summer of Fun!

Twin Rocks Friends Camp is a natural playground located on 120 acres brimming with God's beautiful creation. From the moment you step outside your cabin door in the early mornings and smell the sweet, salty air, you can anticipate having the time of your life.

You very may well end up spending your day at Spring Lake kayaking and jumping on the Aqua Jump. Perhaps you'll be down at the beach building sand castles and playing a rousing game of capture the flag. The day holds potential for exciting explorations of the vast woods of Charlotte's Mountain. And don't forget about the opportunities all day, every day to fellowship with fantastic friends and family! Regardless of how you spend your days, you will lie down on your cozy bunk at the end of each day with a smile on your face. With so many fantastic options for all ages, Twin Rocks is a place that can be the highlight of anyone's summer. Come and see what we mean!

What We Have To Offer

At Twin Rocks Friends Camp we have something to satisfy just about any of your interests!

Outdoor Enthusiast? Search for sand dollars on the beach or explore the camp as you play a relaxing game of Frisbee golf.

Love the Water? We offer opportunities for wave jumping, skim boarding, and boogie boarding in the Pacific Ocean. Or enjoy a canoe ride of the lake.
Love People? The programs at camp highlight opportunities to build relationships with your fellow campers, your counselors, and other camp staff.

Competitive? Check out the Shelter where you can play basketball, volleyball, pool, foosball, air hockey, ping-pong, and shuffleboard. Or show off your skills at the miniature golf course.

Creative? Hang out in the Arts and Crafts room where you can create keepsakes such as duct tape wallets, tie-dyed shirts, and awesome picture frames for those photos you took while at camp. Or check out the Undertow Espresso where our baristas will create a drink just for you!

Need Some Down Time? With many nooks and crannies you'll be sure to find a spot to call your own where you can read your Bible, journal your thoughts, and spend some time praying and reflecting on your week at camp.

Whether it be making new friends or reconnecting with old ones, sharing deep thoughts with your counselor as they listen to your heart, or realizing anew the love of God through the beauty of creation all around you, Twin Rocks is a place for connection on the deepest levels. Everything that happens at Twin Rocks Friends Camp keeps this focus in mind; from recreation activities that foster fun and fellowship to more focused times such as worship in the Meetinghouse, team-building games, and learning from inspiring teachers. Camps at Twin Rocks strive to promote a rich sense of community while also paying attention to the value of each individual.

Girls Camp

July 1-6, 2012

Girls_Camp_1Girls Camp offers campers a chance to spend time learning and laughing in a safe and fun community. Activities such as creative arts and crafts projects, fishing on the lake, silly skits and songs, an overnight campout, as well as a variety of recreation games make for an exciting week! Girls Camp staff teach concrete truths about God's love that campers are able to connect to their everyday lives

Boys Camp

Boys Camp offers incredible opportunities to run around on the beach, swim and boat on the lake, explore the forest on hiking trails, make new friends through cabin activities, and to learn about God and the Bible! All in one week and one place!

Tween Camp

July 8-14, 2012

Tween_7Tween Camp is a week loaded with crazy recreation games, interactive speakers, memorable activities, and opportunities to connect on deeper levels. Hiking, kayaking, skim boarding, beach day, sand volleyball, along with amazing counselors and staff make for an awesome week at camp!

Surfside Camp

August 5-11, 2012

Surfside_1Surfside is a camp dedicated to creating a fun-filled, welcoming community that offers memorable experiences while also committing to help campers become more aware of God's work through creation, worship, prayer, and friendships. Where else can you hike up the mountain with a group of friends, practice your skim boarding skills at the beach, sing at the top of your lungs with 300 other high school students, and play capture the flag in the dark...all in the same day?

Day Camp

July 30 - August 3, 2012

Day_Camp_2Day Camp is a chance for children to experience the beauty of God's creation as they play and learn in the great outdoors. High quality staff and counselors lead groups of campers through a variety of activities which might include anything from rafting on the lake and hiking on the trails to playing miniature golf and shooting some arrows on the archery range. Singing camp songs and listening to exciting stories round out what might happen on any given day at camp.

Junior High Jamboree

 February 17-20, 2012

DSC00633Junior High Jamboree is an annual winter retreat just for middle-schoolers. Join us for an extended weekend filled with creative recreation games, thoughtful teaching, crazy costumes, great times with cabin mates and counselors, and so much more! Come to make new friends, learn about God, eat delicious food, play crazy, off-the-wall games, and to just get away from the fast pace of school for awhile.
