Day Camp

For children entering 1st-5th grades in fall 2012

July 30 - August 3, 2012

(9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday)

Day Camp at Twin Rocks Friends Camp is a chance for children to experience the beauty of God's creation as they play and learn in the great outdoors. High quality staff and counselors lead groups of campers through a variety of activities which might include anything from rafting on the lake and hiking on the trails to playing miniature golf and shooting some arrows on the archery range. Singing camp songs and listening to exciting stories round out what might happen on any given day at camp.

This year's theme, Under Construction, will provide opportunities for campers to try their hand at craft projects and activities that allow for hands-on 'building' experiences. Campers will learn more about how God's love brings about growth and change in our lives as well.

Activities:
•  Enjoy swimming and boating at Spring Lake
•  Explore Charlotte's Mountain on a nature hike
•  Shoot some arrows on the archery range
•  Sing some new camp songs
•  Have fun on the beach, the meadow, or down at the lake
•  Learn about God's love and the value of the Bible

Cost: $83 if registered by July 13 (Scholarship funds are available - Check with the camp office)

• Twin Rocks' food service team will provide a breakfast snack and lunch each day.
• Bring your family and join us on Friday evening for an open house and BBQ dinner.
• Each child will receive a free t-shirt!
• Space is limited, so send in your registration form and $83 by Friday, July 13th. 
   (The registration fee will be $108 if received between July 14th and July 23rd.)

Registration Limit and Deadline:
To ensure adequate staffing, only the first 144 registrations for Day Camp will be accepted. The last day to register is Monday, July 23rd.

Please Bring:
A backpack with swimsuit & towel, sweatshirt or jacket, and wear your tennis shoes!
