For homeschool families with students entering Kindergarten thru 12th grades in fall 2013
September 16-20, 2013: Marine Biology
October 7-11, 2013: Creation, Science, and Art
Outdoor school at Twin Rocks Friends Camp offers homeschool students and their families opportunities to venture into nature through a mix of interactive lessons and outdoor experiences. Explore God's creation through the study of science in ways that are both engaging and age appropriate.
Standards-based lessons with a wide range of topics capture the curiosity of students and adults alike. Throughout each week will be opportunities to go boating and hiking, practice archery, sing silly songs, play on the beach, worship together and make new friends. These unique camp programs offer experiences for the entire family to enjoy with classes for students K-12 that incorporate parent involvement, as well as break-out sessions just for parents and just for kids.
So choose the week that works best with your interests and your schedule, and plan a trip to Twin Rocks this fall for Outdoor School!
